Our freshly remodeled and completely-furnished 3BR, 2.5BA townhouse with a private side yard is located on James Island, just 10 mins. across the #30 bridge from historic downtown Charleston and 4.9 miles to MUSC. It's been finished redone with all new furnishings, linens, fixtures, air conditioning, floor, etc.
The Town of James Island is a elegant, unique island in South Carolina with a rich history and bright future. Located amongst the deep blue waters of the Charleston Harbor and the meandering Stono and Folly Rivers, James Island features spectacular marsh vistas and a plethora of majestic trees. Once covered in farmland, James Island is now primarily a residential community that has somehow managed to protect that modest-town feel.
