Our Vacation Rental By Owner is located in handsome downtown Charleston and just mins. away from MUSC, the College of Charleston, and King Street’s shopping and nightlife. This downstairs unit of a Charleston single is great for everybody . The completely equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare up a feast, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and silverware. There's also plenty of counter and cabinet space for all your cooking needs.

The 4 bedrooms are all cavernous and comfortable, with plenty of room for you and your guests to spread out. Each bedroom is charmingly decorated and features comfortable beds, ample storage space, and enormous windows that let in plenty of natural light.

Charleston does have rather a few bugs, we have a professional pest control company service the home every month. Every effort is made to present a clean home at Check-In. To minimize the impact of bugs on your vacation, keep doors/windows closed, food wrapped and store it in the refrigerator.

  • Summer months are high season in Charleston. To find the largest rental within budget, we strongly suggest booking in Fall or Spring months. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at your favorite restaurants and activities.
  • Reserve your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules often become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups book their Summer rental homes during Christmas and Thanksgiving get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Property managers sometimes offer special rates for veterans. Ask your property manager if special discounts are available for your family before you book.
  • Property management companies frequently offer customers an option to obtain trip insurance.
