The Space: Welcome to our home! This delightfully refreshed luxury home encompasses the first floor of a traditional Charleston Single home originally constructed in the 1890s. Step off the front porch and head into the gorgeous open floor plan kitchen and living space. The living area features a handsome original decorative fireplace, exposed beams, comfortable group seating and a huge 60” flat screen TV preloaded with the most trendy streaming apps. The beautiful kitchen comes entirely equipped and centers around an broad island that seats four.

The home’s three ensuite bedrooms are all bright, chic and comfortably appointed. The front bedroom offers a comfortable king-sized bed, Intelligent TV, workspace, and an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and walk-in tiled shower. The two bedrooms in the back of the home both offer king-sized beds, a Intelligent TV and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.

Outside, the first-floor piazza is ideal for appreciating a coffee or beverage, while the private backyard features two enormous dining tables that each seat 8 people – ideal for entertaining sizable groups on a nice day. This is a shared area so please be kind and allow our upstairs guests to use 1 of the 2 tables if they would like.

We have 2 parking spaces in the lot around the corner from the property just a 2 min. walk away.

Other Notes: *Pet fee: Our home is pet friendly. We have a $200 per pet fee. We limit to 2 dogs in the home and we have a very strict no cat policy. Only dogs are allowed at the home. Please be sure to add the dog to your guest count when booking and reach out for permission to bring the second dog before booking. 

*We provide starting supply for coffee, toiletries, trash bags, tide pods, and dishwasher pods. There is a close by convenience store if you need to pick up more during your stay.
