A enormous, sunny two bedroom, one bathroom condo on the upper floor of a two unit duplex. This unit comes with one dedicated off-street parking spot and a handsome shared courtyard. The condo is within walking distance of MUSC, Harris Teeter, the College of Charleston, museums, the market, King Street stores and multiple eateries.

The condo is currently completely furnished complete with everything you would need, including linens and kitchen supplies. Furnishings can remain with the unit upon agreement. Pricing for a furnished rental included on request.

Rental period is for 12 months. A shorter term may be agreed upon (but for no less than 30 days). Any units for less than 90 days will have to pay Charleston taxes.

  • Double-check the rental property to confirm that you've packed all belongings on check-out day. Check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Go through the property one final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We suggest walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager is not available, take video and pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.
