Welcome to 7 46th Ave, a lavish addition to our Luxury Collection. This brand-new 5-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom home, finished in 2024, offers an exceptional blend of elegance and comfort. The open-concept living area invites you in with its roomy living room, dining area, and gourmet kitchen, all illuminated by sizable windows that open onto a beautiful porch.
