This huge home has 2 broad living rooms and each have access to a roomy veranda with comfortable seating and dining. Be the first to appreciate the complete remodel of this grandiose home, including new baths, freshly refinished pine floors and all new furnishings and décor.

Living Area:
The first floor living room has a fireplace, huge TV and access to the expansive first floor veranda. The veranda has plenty of comfortable seating, a dining table and overlooks the pool. The pool is accessed by the first floor veranda.
The second floor great room also has a fireplace, a enormous TV and ocean vistas. The adjacent veranda is the ideal spot to savor the ocean view and sea breeze while appreciating a morning coffee or a cold drink. There’s plenty of comfortable seating and a dining table on the second floor veranda.
Adjoining the second floor living room is a cozy sitting room that includes an additional dining option that seats 6 guests. The main dining area seats 8 guests and has fabulous ocean vistas.


Kitchen:
The chef’s kitchen is located in the second floor and includes a 6 burner gas stove, upsized refrigerator and dishwasher. A sizable pantry, with a wine cooler and microwave is a convenient place to stash your supplies. The tin ceiling is a enchanting touch.

Bedroom 1) Second floor primary with a king bed, fire place, ocean view and ensuite with walk in shower, separate bath and double vanity
Bedroom 2) First floor primary with king bed, fireplace, access to the veranda and ensuite with separate tub and walk in shower.
3) First floor with king bed and ensuite with walk in shower. Full size washer and dryer are located in the closet. This bathroom also has access from the hall.
Bedroom 4) First floor with king bed, tons of windows, access to the veranda and ensuite with walk in shower.
Bedroom 5) First floor bunk room has two sets of twin bunk beds and ensuite with walk in shower.

Bathrooms:
There are 5 full bath, a second floor 1 half bath and they have all been newly modernized.

Outdoor Space:
Enormous private pool and two expansive verandas. Just a short walk to the beach.
