With five roomy bedrooms including 1 king bed, five queen beds, and additional sleeping accommodations such as 2 modest portable cots and a pull-out couch bed, this haven ensures everybody enjoys ample space, privacy, and indulgent comfort during your stay. Plus, appreciate the convenience of having a 55-inch or 65-inch TV in every bedroom except for one, ensuring entertainment for all, as well as the option of restricting a kid's T.V. access in one of the downstairs bedrooms if you prefer.

•We cannot guarantee early check-ins or late checkouts in advance. If the home happens to be ready earlier than our standard 4 pm check-in time on the day of your arrival, we, in most cases will allow an early check-in. For a reliable alternative with guaranteed check-in or check-out timing, it's recommended to book the nighttime before or after your scheduled arrival or departure.

The Neighborhood:
Very peaceful the entire time, no noise from the street or neighbors. Gorgeous neighborhood in which you can enjoy walking around in the morning and evenings.

Other Things to Note:
- Pack n Plays or highchairs must be requested prior to arrival.
- Although Portoro loves family pets, there are not pets allowed at this home. I find could be assessed if a pet is brought onsite without prior approval.
- If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Charleston County is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments and/or monies paid by the traveler within 72 hours.
- Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation.
- Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler’s group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.
- Please note that this property stringently prohibits events or events. We kindly request that guests be mindful of our neighbors' right to enjoy tranquility and peaceful in their homes during your stay. Excessive noise or disturbance will not be tolerated, and guests may be subject to immediate eviction without refund.
