Savor this completely refreshed bungalow style condo surrounded by marsh vistas. Only 0.8 miles to the sand at Folly Beach and 15 mins. to King Street! This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom space is great for couples, roommates, or families with older kids. This end unit condo on the 2nd floor (of 3 total floors) comes with covered parking for 2 cars. Please no adults under 21. Kids 7 and up are welcome.

The space
The unit is equipped with a full kitchen including cookware, toaster, microwave, garbage disposal & dishwasher.
Eat at the dining table, or ship your morning coffee on the back patio overlooking the marsh.
The cavernous primary suite is fitted with a comfortable king bed and has a full bathroom attached that is also accessible from the hallway. The secondary bedroom has a queen bed and en suite full bathroom.
Each room has a TV which accepts you to watch your favorite shows. Bath towels, washcloths, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and blow dryers are supplied.
The unit also has a washer and dryer for your laundry needs.
As you can see from the aerial photos, this property is on the main road into Folly Beach. You may occasionally hear the sounds of cars coming and going from the island.

Trip insurance, which normally will cost you between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for days missed as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for details.

Note that most property listings specify the maximum guest capacity, which typically includes pull-out couches. You will need to establish what configuration is optimal for your group.
  • Some rentals allow pets, but others do not. Acceptable types of dog or cat, size and breeds may be restricted, and added charges may apply. Ask the owner about allowable breeds and types before booking.

  • Inspect the rental one final time and look for any damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the property manager whenever possible. If the manager is not available, remember to take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition at check-out.

If your rental property and/or host was great, they always love to hear your praise.
