Convenient Arrival: Glide into the rear entrance, where you'll find parking facilities and access to the side door along the driveway. Apt B, one of our four distinguished units, awaits at the base of the staircase on your right. Each entrance features state-of-the-art keypad access, ensuring your privacy and security.

Charming Abode: Apt B, located on the ground floor, bathes in natural light and offers a sumptuous 700 sqft sanctuary, ideal for discerning guests. This 2-acre private membership club located in downtown Charleston is a modern getaway
offering resort-style amenities and a Bali-Tulum-inspired ambiance unparalleled on the
peninsula. The property includes a swimming pool, onsite eateries for breakfast, lunch,
dinner, trendy beverages, and of course poolside cabanas! It also includes an indoor gym and
exercise studio with daily classes, a recovery room full of spa therapies, private
and shared workspaces, live music, and an active calendar of social events.

*Day Passes are complimentary November 1- March 31, unless there is a ticketed event.
