This freshly refreshed Charleston home features 2 inviting bedrooms with 1 king bed and 1 queen bed. New appliances and beds. Very close to the best plantations in Charleston. Shopping and eateries close by, some within walking distances. 20 min. drive to downtown Charleston. The bathrooms are equipped with a bathtub, shower, and hair dryer for your convenience. Savor the brilliant amenities like iron, hair dryer, AC, washing machine, heating, and WiFi during your stay. Very peaceful neighborhood. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of suitable homes. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer months. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Charleston area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
• The sooner your group can reserve a vacation home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable rental homes are reserved early. Booking your rental home up to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental property.
• Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner whether your family qualifies for a price reduction.
