This property has been charmingly designed and is a the ideal spot to call home while in Charleston. This unit features two bedrooms, cavernous full bathroom, living area, dining area, full kitchen, washer, dryer, and a porch for sitting. The bedrooms have comfortable bed and windows that allow natural light, or shades if you want to sleep in.

The completely equipped kitchens has everything you need to prepare up a feast, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and silverware. There's also plenty of counter and cabinet space for all your cooking needs.

Charleston does have rather a few bugs, we have a professional pest control company service the home every month. Every effort is made to present a clean home at Check-In. To minimize the impact of bugs on your vacation, keep doors/windows closed, food wrapped and store it in the refrigerator.

Sticking to your rental home budget:

  • To book the largest vacation home within your budget, we highly recommend reserving in Spring or Fall. You'll benefit from lower rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at local restaurants, tours, and activities.   • In the Charleston area area, The earlier your group can reserve a vacation rental, the easier your search will be. The best vacation homes are booked very early. Booking your rental property up to twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to plan and reserve your vacation rental.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner whether your vacationing group qualifies for a discount.

  • Just prior to departing, complete a walk-through to make sure you have not leave anything behind. Make sure to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Inspect the rental a final time and scan for damages to contents or the property itself. We suggest walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the host isn't available, remember to take photographs of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • Remember to leave feedback! Property owners rely on excellent ratings to drive more reservations. They'll be much obliged for your feedback. Alternatively, if something went awry, other vacationing families will appreciate that you share your review find their best vacation rental. Please be objective. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the property manager had any control over the issue, and if so, whether they responded expeditiously to remedy it.
