As you step into our modern abode, you'll be greeted by a cavernous open floor plan adorned with chic furnishings and chic decor. The living area features plush seating and a intelligent TV, ideal for calming after a day of exploration. Whip up delicious meals in the entirely equipped kitchen, complete with high-end appliances and ample counter space. Savor your culinary creations at the dining table with seating for four.

Retreat to one of the two cozy bedrooms, featuring a king bed and a queen bed respectively, guaranteeing a restful nighttime's sleep. Freshen up in the sleek full bathroom, equipped with all the essentials. For added convenience, you'll find an all-in-one washer and dryer in the apartment, ideal for keeping your wardrobe fresh during your stay.

-Parking is first come, first serve. Guests may park one car in the lot outside of the building. Additional parking in a lot around the corner (Parking pass required. 6 Minute walk)

This 2-acre private membership club located in downtown Charleston is a modern getaway

Other Notes: *Pet fee: Our home is pet friendly. We have a $200 per pet fee. We limit to 2 dogs in the home and we have a very strict no cat policy. Only dogs are allowed at the home. Please be sure to add the dog to your guest count when booking and reach out for permission to bring the second dog before booking.
