Constructed in 2023, these 2 story King Street condos offer modern amenities within walking distance of some of Charleston’s best eateries and stores, featuring 2 queen bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, spiral staircase, and a roomy shared terrace just outside your door. In addition to off-street parking, guests have access to Fire Tower’s rooftop, ideal for unwinding with gorgeous vistas and appreciating all Charleston has to offer!

1 off-street parking space is offered at no cost.

Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes.
