Welcome to Saint Philip Street! This duplex is the ideal spot to spend your visit to Charleston. Each unit is equipped and set up ready for you and your guests. This property is located less than two blocks to upper King Street. Upper King Street is the heartbeat of the Charleston entertainment district. Lots of local favorites all within a short walk away.

Each unit in this duplex is equipped with a full living room, full kitchen, in-unit laundry, two bedrooms, full bathroom, and a porch.

The kitchen as everything you need to be able to prepare up a feast and savor meals in at home. The bedrooms have comfortable beds and windows that allow natural light, or darkening shades if you want to sleep in. Savor tons of off-street parking if you are traveling with a car.

  • Don't forget to... Ask a local! Neighbors can often help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to get the best seafood, have a great night out, or the best spots for bird watching?
  • When it's time to leave, take a final walk-through to confirm you did not forget any personal items. Remember to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Go through the rental one final time and keep an eye out for damage. We recommend walking through with the property manager whenever you can. If the property manager isn't available, remember to take video and pictures of the property to record its condition.
  • Did your family have a great vacation? Many vacation rental websites make it easy for clients to provide comments. If your rental property and/or property management company was fantastic, they always love to hear your praise.
