Brand new to the rental program! Incredible 5 Bedroom vacation home in the exclusive gated Ocean Point Community of Wild Dunes Resort. Access to the Ocean Point community pool and hot tub. Located a short distance from the beach access and just around the corner from the Links Clubhouse. Savor a vacation in this peaceful and secluded area of Isle of Palms.

6 Ocean Point interior is roomy with an open floor plan. Totally new executive kitchen with Bosch high end appliances including refrigerator/freezer, 5 burner cooktop, 2 wall ovens, constructed-in microwave, ice machine and drink cooler. Eat-in dining attached to kitchen and separate dining room available. The first floor includes a living room with enormous windows for natural light. The separate media room is the ideal place for family and friends to play games and create memories.

Primary Suite on main floor with sizable master bath featuring jetted tub, walk in shower, and dual vanities. Up to the second floor you will find a second Primary Suite and 3 additional guest bedrooms. Many huge porches span the front and back of the home to savor breathtaking vistas of lagoon and feel the ocean breeze. New ping-pong table and seating area just added to the garage space.

Linens: King, King, Queen, Queen, Queen, and twin bunk bed.

Located in Isle of Palms, this vacation home is on the waterfront.   • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host if your group qualifies for a discount.
  • Property managers usually offer their guests an option to obtain trip insurance. Trip insurance, which usually will cost between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed days as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for specifics.

During your stay:

  • Ensure you protect the rental owner (and your things!) by locking the property when you are out, just like you would at home.
  • Record any damages to the rental at check in, and immediately send them to the owner. We specifically recommend texts and e-mails, as they usually contain built-in time stamps that can be valuable if there is a dispute.
  • Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like disrespectful vacationers bothering your home life. Use the golden rule for best judgement. If they like you, locals might even recommend great restaurants and attractions you would've not otherwise known about!
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Locals can usually help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to charter a fishing boat, have a great night out, or the best spots for fine dining?
  • Just prior to departing, take a final walk-through to make sure you have not leave anything behind. Make sure to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Record a video to document the condition of the property.
  • Did your group have a terrific vacation? Most rental management companies make it easy for vacationers to provide comments. If your rental and/or property manager was terrific, they would love to hear it. If anything was imperfect and they failed to correct it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your comments.
