If you excited to appreciate this elegant beach destination with your appreciated ones, you can stay at our oceanfront home at 700 Ocean Blvd. This cavernous vacation home features six bedrooms, six bathrooms, and one half-bath that can conveniently accommodate up to 15 guests. The open floor concept accepts a natural transition between the different living, dining, and cooking areas. You can savor an fantastic view of the ocean straight from the window while spending your quality moments with appreciated ones. You can find modern furnishing, superb artwork, high ceiling, giant windows, and much more in this entirely refreshed accommodation. It has ample scope for get-togethers in the enormous living room and outdoor porch area. You can also relish some delicious BBQ on the outdoor grille. The home has its own private access to the beach, so you can walk to the beach on a boardwalk.

We focus on your amenities so you can forget about everything and concentrate on having tons of fun. With conveniences like internet access, in-unit washer and dryer(one on each floor), parking, central air-conditioning, and other electronic appliances, you can feel like home. The living area has comfortable couch and a flat screen TV. The dining table can comfortably host your fun dinners while you share marvelous memories and stories over gourmet food. With an ocean view for your eyes, you can really make the most of your fun vacation. Do not compromise your gourmet family meals, as the completely equipped kitchen is ready with features like roomy countertops, cabinets, appliances, cookware, and silverware. You can find appliances like a cooking range, double oven, microwave, refrigerator, 2 dishwashers, coffee maker (keurig and regular), and toaster.

A calming ambiance is what you need when you head out for a vacation. When you arrive at the beach home, you will notice that all bedrooms have premium furnishings, comfortable beds, and big windows that open to the ocean view. Find a king, queen, or twin bed depending on the room and enjoy a good nighttime's sleep. Each of the bedrooms have a flat screen T.V. to catch some of your favorite shows without any interruption.

One of the key highlights of this pretty accommodation is the private infinity-edge swimming pool and hot tub. Dive right into action and make the most of your holidays. We strongly believe that our guests deserve nothing but the best. For a comfortable stay during your trip, we offer bath and kitchen towels, bed linen, and a starter set of toiletries which includes basic things like toilet paper, bath and dish soap, and paper towels. This home has an elevator that goes from the garage to the 1st level.

This property also includes a $250 credit to order beach gear when you book a stay between 3 and 14 nights!! There are many options to choose from including bicycles, beach chairs, beach carts/wagons, coolers, umbrellas, kayaks, paddleboards, etc.! Our partnered company, VayK Gear, will contact you 45 days prior to your arrival so you can place your order and they will deliver all equipment to your rental property. A few important notes to be aware: NO HOME PARTIES. NO SMOKING. NO FAMILY PETS. No exceptions! A $1000 fine will be issued if a pet is found to be on the premises. There is a very strict noise ordinance policy on the island that goes into effect at 10pm on weeknights and 11pm on weekend nights. The 6 car limit is also stringently enforced. This home is a family rental, located near year round residents. This is not a rental home for bachelor/bachelorette events, wedding groups, or other types of bigger gatherings. Age limit is 30 years old.

ALL BED LINENS, KITCHEN TOWELS (2), BATH TOWEL SETS (26 bath towels), & BEACH/POOL TOWELS (14) ARE PROVIDED FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE!! You will only need to bring or plan to rent beach chairs, bicycles, umbrellas, etc. Also included is a "starter set" of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath & dish soaps, paper towels, etc. but please do keep in mind you will most likely need to purchase these items after your initial arrival.

  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host if your vacationing group qualifies for a discount.
  • Property management companies often offer guests an option to purchase trip insurance protection.
