Please note: This listing is in the middle of the city and close to an overpass, there will be some car noise. We provide sound machines in each room to help. There is also some construction around the corner during daytime hours, which may cause some noise. We have taken steps to minimize its impact on your stay and are happy to answer any questions.

Charleston does have rather a few bugs, we have a professional pest control company service the home every month. Every effort is made to present a clean home at Check-In. To minimize the impact of bugs on your vacation, keep doors/windows closed, food wrapped and store it in the refrigerator.

We not refund due to loss of service from all 3rd event utility companies to include but not limited to: electric, water, cable, internet, sewer.
Anything inoperable, broke, or loss of utility must be reported immediately to the owner.

  • Walk through the property one final time and keep an eye out for damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager is not available, remember to take photos and video of the property to record its condition.
  • Did you have a fantastic vacation? Many rental home management companies make it easy for customers to provide reviews. If your rental property and/or host was terrific, they would love to hear about it. If anything was inoperable and they failed to correct it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make it a point as part of your review.
