Please note: This listing is in the middle of the city and close to an overpass, there will be some car noise. We provide sound machines in each room to help. There is also some construction around the corner during daytime hours, which may cause some noise. We have taken steps to minimize its impact on your stay and are happy to answer any questions.

Charleston does have rather a few bugs, we have a professional pest control company service the home every month. Every effort is made to present a clean home at Check-In. To minimize the impact of bugs on your vacation, keep doors/windows closed, food wrapped and store it in the refrigerator.

We not refund due to loss of service from all 3rd event utility companies to include but not limited to: electric, water, cable, internet, sewer.
Anything inoperable, broke, or loss of utility must be reported immediately to the owner.

  • Remember to leave feedback! Property owners rely on excellent feedback to drive new reservations. They'll be grateful for your review. Alternatively, if something went awry, other vacationing families will be thankful you shared your feedback find their best vacation home. Be fair with your review. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the manager could control the issue, and if so, whether they responded expeditiously to remedy it.
