The completely equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare up a feast, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and silverware. There's also plenty of counter and cabinet space for all your cooking needs.

The 3 bedrooms are all cavernous and comfortable, with plenty of room for you and your guests to spread out. Each bedroom is elegantly decorated and features comfortable beds, ample storage space, and huge windows that let in plenty of natural light.

Two weeks before your reservation date, all guests will be supplied with a one-pager that includes booking information to reserve access to The Wonderer.

Charleston does have rather a few bugs, we have a professional pest control company service the home every month. Every effort is made to present a clean home at Check-In. To minimize the impact of bugs on your vacation, keep doors/windows closed, food wrapped and store it in the refrigerator.

When to visit Charleston & When to reserve a Charleston rental home:

• Reserve your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules generally open a year in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families reserve their Summer vacations during Winter holiday get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
• June, July, and August are high season in Charleston. Reserving a rental home in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons is a good way to save on your vacation home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of acceptable properties. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during June, July, and August.
• Property managers sometimes offer discounts or promotional rates for veterans. Check with your property manager to see if rate reductions are available for your group.
• Property managers typically offer renters an option to obtain vacation insurance. • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Local residents can often help. Who better to ask where to book the best tours, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for shopping?
• Don't leave anything behind! Before departing, walk through the property to reconfirm you've collected all of your things. Re-check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
• Please make sure to walk through the rental a final time and look for any damage. We suggest walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager is not available, remember to take photos of the rental to record its condition at check-out.

If your property and/or property manager was terrific, they will likely appreciate your kind words.
