Welcome to this pretty 3br/2ba James Island home on a sizable lot in a great location, only a short distance from Riverland Terrace bars/eateries, a 10 min. drive to Downtown Charleston, and a 15 min. drive to Folly Beach! The home has been refreshed from top to bottom and features a great layout, tons of natural light, high-end finishes, a one-car garage, and a huge backyard. Located on a peaceful street in a cul-de-sac, this is the ideal place for your extended stay in Charleston!

You'll benefit from lower rates, better selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of large crowds at the beach and popular attractions.
