The Space: Welcome to The Petite Helene! This meticulously refreshed home in downtown Charleston is just steps away from King Street and major attractions. The open concept living, dining, and kitchen space features a mid-century modern aesthetic, and the completely equipped eat-in kitchen includes a constructed-in coffee bar.

Downstairs, you'll find your room with a queen-sized bed, Intelligent TV, and an ensuite bathroom featuring a blush pink double vanity and walk-in shower. There's also an ADA compliant bedroom with an ensuite bathroom on the first floor. The second downstairs bedroom also includes a queen-sized bed, Intelligent TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and huge walk-in tiled shower with copper fixtures.Guest Access: *Please read description entirely before booking*

We partner with an off site resort called The Wonderer which is located in Downtown Charleston, a short drive away. Any guests staying in our home who are 25+ are able to visit The Wonderer!

*There is a strict age policy, no one under the age of 21 will be allowed on the campus due to the presence of alcohol (including the pool). Special permission needs to be given by The Wonderer for anyone between the ages of 21 - 25.*

• Book your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally open twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacations during Christmas and Thanksgiving gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.

• Please make sure to walk through the property a final time and scan for any damage. We recommend walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the manager is not available, take photos of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
