​​​​​​​Plan the ultimate escape at this gorgeous and very cavernous Ocean Club Villa in Wild Dunes. The owners have thought of everything to make sure that you and your family will have a phenomenal, calming vacation. This Villa is extremely well equipped including beach towels for the guests. The Ocean Club is a beautiful, luxury gated community with a handsome resort style swimming pool, hot tub, grilles and direct beach access. If you like to stay active while you are on vacation, you can savor running through Wild Dunes, going for bicycle rides, playing playing tennis or playing golf on one of the two golf courses. Although you are not able to use the swimming pools at the hotels in Wild Dunes, you are able to appreciate the eateries and a day at the spa!

When you enter the condo, have an entrance hall which leads you to the huge open plan kitchen, dining and living room with sliding doors to a sizable balcony. The Master suite is just off the living room with access to the balcony. The Second bedroom and bathroom is also off the living room and has a private balcony. The third bedroom with twin beds and full bath and a modest balcony on the other side of the condo just off the kitchen. The half bath and laundry room with a washer and dryer are both just off the entrance hall.

*Please Note: Absolutely No Animals or Golf Carts are allowed on the property. No Smoking inside the unit! Fines will be assessed.

A few important notes to be aware: NO HOME PARTIES. NO SMOKING. NO FAMILY PETS. No exceptions! There is a very strict noise ordinance policy on the island that goes into effect at 10pm on weeknights and 11pm on weekend nights. The 2 car limit is also stringently enforced. This is not a rental condo for bachelor/bachelorette events, wedding groups, youth groups, fraternities/sororities, receptions, or any other types of bigger gatherings. We do NOT rent to students or anyone under the age of 25 - no exceptions - even if a parent or legally responsible adult makes the reservation. If such a group occupies or attempts to occupy the property, they will be required to immediately vacate and there will be NO refunds given.

ALL BED LINENS, KITCHEN TOWELS (2), BATH TOWEL SETS, & BEACH/POOL TOWELS (8) ARE PROVIDED FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE!! You will only need to bring or plan to rent beach chairs, bicycles, umbrellas, etc. Also included is a "starter set" of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath & dish soaps, paper towels, etc. but please do keep in mind you will most likely need to purchase these items after your initial arrival.

About the Area

Located in Isle of Palms, this condo is on the beach. Wild Dunes Resort Golf Course and Port of Charleston Cruise Terminal are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Isle of Palms Beach and Front Beach. Patriots Point and USS Yorktown are not to be missed. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

• June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Isle of Palms. To get the best value, consider changing your group's trip dates to the Spring or Fall months. May, September, and even October offer warm weather, , and greatly reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to book a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during June, July, and August.
• Reserve your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules often become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families reserve their Summer vacation rentals during Thanksgiving and Christmas gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
• Owners sometimes offer promotional rates for veterans and active duty military. Check with your host or property manager to see if special offers are available for your family before you book.
• Property management companies usually offer their guests an option to obtain vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which generally will cost you 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed trip time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for additional information.

• Don't leave anything behind! Before you drive away, take a walk through the property to make sure you've collected everything. Make sure to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
