Located in Isle of Palms, this condo is on the beach. USS Yorktown and Charleston City Market are notable landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Wild Dunes Resort Golf Course and Port of Charleston Cruise Terminal. Patriots Point and South Carolina Aquarium are not to be missed.

Booking the best vacation property experience:

When to go & When to book:

  • The sooner you can book a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The most desirable vacation homes are booked very early. Reserving your vacation rental up to 12 months before your vacation is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental home.
  • Summer months are high season in Isle of Palms. Reserve your Charleston area rental home in the Fall or Spring to get the benefit of warm weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to book a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during June, July, and August. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Charleston area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective vacation rental company or host whether your vacationing group qualifies for a reduced rate.
  • Booking websites often offer their guests an option to add vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which usually will cost you 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed time as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel or additional gasoline expenses.   • If there's a specific Charleston area destination you crave, look for properties that are either close by, or those that cater especially to your needs.
  • Proper accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for guests that require the use of a wheelchair. Confirm all required amenities are available before reserving a rental.

More tips for your visit:

  • Review check in & check out procedures before leaving home. Save the instructions to your smartphone, and take a printed copy.
  • Ask questions. You may need instructions for a fireplace, elevator or washer/dryer. Contact your property manager. They are there to help! A brief text message prevents lots of problems.
  • Lock your rental while you are out. Keep your property safe!
  • Document any damages to the property during check in, and immediately contact the property manager. We specifically recommend e-mails and text messages, as they usually contain time stamps that can be very helpful if damages are attributed to your stay.
  • Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like disrespectful vacationers disrupting your peaceful neighborhood. Use the golden rule for common sense. If they like you, locals might even recommend great beaches and places you would have not otherwise known about!
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Neighbors can frequently help. Who better to ask where to book the best tours, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for bird watching?
  • On check-out day, complete a walk-through to confirm you did not forget anything. Re-check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
  • Leave feedback! Property owners rely on great ratings to propel new bookings. They'll be grateful for your feedback.
