Includes 3 cavernous bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The primary suite has a queen bed and en-suite bathroom with stand alone tub, walk in shower, and dual vanities. Step onto the private screened porch and start your day with a cup of coffee and great vistas. The additional rooms include, a room with 2 twin beds and ensuite bathroom and another with a queen bed and hall bathroom.

When to go & When to book:

• Summertime is the most expensive season in Isle of Palms. To find the largest vacation home for your budget, we recommend booking in the Fall or Spring. You'll enjoy lower rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at local restaurants, tours, and activities. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Charleston area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
• In the Charleston area area, The sooner your group can reserve a home, the easier your search will be. The best rental homes are booked very early. Booking your vacation property six - twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to plan and book your rental property.
• Property management companies sometimes offer discounts for veterans and active duty military. Remember to ask your property manager if special offers are available for your group before you book.
• Property management companies often offer customers an option to buy trip insurance protection. • Ensure you protect the rental owner (and your stuff!) by locking and securing the home while you are out, just like you would back home.
• Don't leave anything behind! Before you drive away, take a walk through the rental property to make sure you've collected all belongings. Make sure to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Inspect the rental one final time and keep an eye out for damage. We advise walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager isn't available, remember to take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition.
• Leave feedback! Property owners rely on excellent ratings to inspire new bookings. They'll be much obliged for your review. Alternatively, if something went wrong, other families will will be grateful for your experience and help them have the best future vacation. Please be objective.
