The Space: Our cavernous 2nd floor condo, ‘The Honeydew’, is ideal for groups of 4 with 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath. Located on Broad Street.

Accessed by a shared entrance/exit, and up (interior) stairs, The Honeydew features an open floor plan that accommodates both dining and lounge space, making it great for modest groups looking to spend time together or savor a meal. Unit is located on the 2nd floor (accessed only via stairs). A fusion of Charleston’s history and modern luxury, there are original hardwoods throughout, fashonable high ceilings, original chandelier, impressive molding, and fireplace with original masonry. The bathroom has been refreshed with Carerra granite and a huge walk in shower with luxury linens. The Master Bedroom features a king size bed with luxury linens and handsome tall windows overlooking Broad Street. The comfortable second bedroom features a queen size bed with luxury linens. The partial kitchenette has a granite countertop, stainless steel mini refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, Keurig coffee maker and drip style coffee maker, sink and dishes/silverware for 6. The kitchenette opens up to the living room with cozy seating area and flat screen TV with cable and complimentary WiFi. Our team provides basic login credentials, so feel complimentary to use your own during your stay.

Please note the fireplace is inoperable.

Guests will have exclusive access to the 2nd floor of this home and will have all the essentials you would need during your stay. We provide one (1) off-street parking spot.

Other Notes: *Pet fee: Our home is pet friendly. We have a $200 per pet fee. We limit to 2 dogs in the home and we have a very strict no cat policy. Only dogs are allowed at the home. Please be sure to add the dog to your guest count when booking and reach out for permission to bring the second dog before booking. 

*We provide starting supply for coffee, toiletries, trash bags, tide pods, and dishwasher pods. There is a close by convenience store if you need to pick up more during your stay.
