Come savor this brand new rental in the heart of Downtown Charleston. Completed in July of 2018, these units offer something that most downtown units cannot. Stocked with a full kitchen and linens, you can't beat what this rental has to offer! Ideal for couples or traveling professionals!

The space is located in Sanctuary Court off of Spring street in Downtown Charleston. There are 7 additional unit in the complex that are also available to book.

There will be a guide book waiting in your suite that can answer most questions about the unit itself and provide our favorite dining recommendations, but don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions before you arrive!

Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xaio Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Goulette, Five Loaves café, R Kitchen, Warehouse, Chez Nous and Josephine Wine Bar. Wildflour Pastry and 132 Coffee and Kitchen bar are amazing local coffee stores in within a block.

Located near the beach, this condo is in Downtown Charleston, a neighborhood in Charleston.   • Upon check-out, complete a walk-through to confirm you didn't forget any personal items. Check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Go through the rental one final time and scan for damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host is not available, take video of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
