Freshly modernized & centrally located between Downtown Charleston and Folly Beach. Just 10 mins. to either destination. Walkable to many eateries and Starbucks. This is a duplex, each unit is completely private with their own driveway, yard and entrance.

This duplex was just completely remodeled down to the studs with visitors in mind! You'll be among the first to savor all new furnishings, modern design, new appliances, bathrooms and bedrooms. All beds are brand new top rated memory foam and hybrid beds. Gigabit WIFI and intelligent TVs with Netflix, Prime Video and YoutubeTV throughout the home.

The humongous private backyard is an outdoor getaway with a pub with a TV and refrigerator, deck, pickleball court, basketball hoop and firepit. The yard is completely fenced in.

Savor open concept living, dining, and kitchen area + a additional living room. The kitchen features durable quartz counters, a constructed-in dishwasher and is supplied with silverware, pots, pans, serving ware and coffee. The living room has a sizable sectional and 65 inch intelligent TV, ideal for a movie nighttime.

There are two bedrooms (one king and one queen) and a shared full bathroom with a walk in shower and laundry room. Also a half bath.
