If Owner agrees to allow the pet, then a nonrefundable pet fee shall be supplied in the booking. Painless keypad access for secured entry at the home. Rental agreement will be uploaded to Vacation Rental By Owner site for Renter review and agreement.
We have 2 Roku TVs (43 inch in Living Rm -not shown at time of photos) and an approx 36inch Roku TV in the kitchen. For Remote Workers, we have a Pop-Up Desk stored and ready for you in a closet. Sole Member for CLUBICW LLC ownership is a Licensed SC Real Estate Broker. Non-returnable cleaning fee shall be charged.
