Make the most of your visit to Charleston, the world's top travel destination, by staying in an elegantly modernized bottom upper apartment in the heart of downtown. This upstairs apartment with private entry is right on Rutledge Avenue in the back building on the property. It is painless walking distance to all places on upper King, the hub of Charleston's top eateries and nightlife.

The completely equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare up a feast, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and silverware. There's also plenty of counter and cabinet space for all your cooking needs.

The 2 bedrooms are cavernous and comfortable, with plenty of room for you and your guests to spread out. Each bedroom is attractively decorated and features comfortable beds, ample storage space, and sizable windows that let in plenty of natural light.

Charleston does have rather a few bugs, we have a professional pest control company service the home every month. Every effort is made to present a clean home at Check-In. To minimize the impact of bugs on your vacation, keep doors/windows closed, food wrapped and store it in the refrigerator.

Trip insurance, which commonly costs 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any days missed as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or additional fuel expenses.
