This oceanfront townhome has been freshly refreshed and professionally decorated throughout. Appreciate plenty of space for up to 8 guests in this 3 bedroom, 3 bath Villa. Located in the prime location of Wild Dunes and located with direct beach access just seconds away.
A few highlights of this marvelous home are the chic kitchen and flowing layout. As soon as you walk in you are greeted with a huge bespoke island and gorgeous ocean vistas visible through the back sliding doors. The open living area offers comfortable seating, a dining table for eight, and a separate bar area with constructed-in mini refrigerator.
The outdoor dining table placed on the screened in porch provides a peaceful place to appreciate meals while listening to the ocean. The first floor has one guest bedroom and a full bathroom in the hallway. The second guest room is upstairs with a king bed and ensuite bathroom. Also on the second floor is a primary suite and ensuite bathroom with dual vanities and walk in shower. Unwind with vistas of the ocean from the private balcony!
Beach Club Villas include a community pool and boardwalk to the beach. The surrounding areas have tons to offer including golf courses, eateries, and miles of bicycle paths in Wild Dunes. Downtown Charleston is about 20 mins. away.
