Featuring ocean vistas from both the rooftop deck, and the pool deck, this freshly constructed home (August 2020) features five bedrooms with five full baths, two half baths, a saltwater pool, and some of the best amenities on the island. This just finished home features the finest that new construction has to offer from pretty tile work and fixtures in each bathroom to an open chef’s kitchen with room for the family to gather while meals are prepared. Finest yet, 4 36th features an elevated pool deck, with plenty of seating, an outdoor grille, refrigerator, and ocean vistas. Your family will be delighted to discover the two living areas. Located on each floor, each living area is equipped with the latest in technology and the best T.V.s. The first level features a roomy living room and dining room, that will be great for entertaining your family. The dining room features a 10-foot table that provides seating for twelve. The kitchen is handsome with a Wolf range, Stainless Steel Kitchen Aid appliances, a complimentary-standing ice maker, plentiful cabinets, and stone countertops. The bright shiplap ideally balances with the wood floor throughout the great room, kitchen, and all bedrooms. Two bedrooms are located on the main floor. On the east side of the home, a queen guest bedroom can be found with a full bath. The Southeast side features the master bedroom with a king bed and a outstanding master bathroom.

The second level features three bedrooms and a family room overlooking the elevated pool deck. It includes a second master bedroom with King size bed, master bathroom, and ocean vistas. A guest bedroom features a king bed with a private bath. The fifth bedroom features two single beds plus an adjacent space with bunk beds, all of which share a Jack and Jill bath.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-returnable accidental damage protection plan has been supplied in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your event up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-complimentary property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and peaceful hours (9pm-8am) are stringently enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be supplied for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
