The Space: Welcome to Lady Helene, Suite A,

A handsomely refreshed home in the heart of downtown Charleston, steps away from King Street and close to all the most trendy attractions. Step into the open-concept living, dining, and kitchen space, featuring a curated, mid-century modern aesthetic with enchanting textiles and design elements. The bright, eat-in kitchen comes completely equipped with open shelving for ease of use, and seating for three at a constructed-in peninsula. The first guest room offers a queen-size bed, Intelligent TV, and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and decorative fireplace original to the historic home (decoration only).

Further, into the space, you’ll pass a charmingly designed shared half bathroom with a impressive combination of wallpaper and paneling. The second guest room includes two twin-sized beds set against a wallpapered accent wall, a Intelligent TV, and an ensuite bathroom with double vanity and a shower/tub combination. The primary suite features a bohemian-style king-sized bed under exposed wooden beams, a Intelligent TV, and an ensuite bathroom, with a gorgeously tiled walk-in shower.

This 2-acre private membership club located in downtown Charleston is a modern getaway

Groups of 8 or more guests are strongly encouraged to book a cabana in advance to ensure an ultimate, premium experience poolside

Other Notes: *Pet fee: Our home is pet friendly. We have a $200 per pet fee. We limit to 2 dogs in the home and we have a very strict no cat policy. Only dogs are allowed at the home. Please be sure to add the dog to your guest count when booking and reach out for permission to bring the second dog before booking. 

*We provide starting supply for coffee, toiletries, trash bags, tide pods, and dishwasher pods. There is a close by convenience store if you need to pick up more during your stay.

*If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room.
