The Space:

The two bedrooms each have their own full bath. With tasteful decor and ample space, you'll feel right at home in this well-appointed abode. Appreciate the convenience of a garage with plenty of storage space, completely outfitted open floor-plan kitchen and living, and comfortable beds with high-quality linens. Plus, take advantage of the fast WiFi, ideal for streaming your favorite shows. There is a separate desk/sitting area outside the master suite, which is very nice for working. Located in a peaceful neighborhood, you'll find tranquility and relaxation while being located just a short drive from the city's attractions, this roomy getaway offers simple access to all that Charleston has to offer.

•We cannot guarantee early check-ins or late checkouts in advance. If the home happens to be ready earlier than our standard 4 pm check-in time on the day of your arrival, we, in most cases will allow an early check-in. For a reliable alternative with guaranteed check-in or check-out timing, it's recommended to book the nighttime before or after your scheduled arrival or departure.

The Neighborhood:
Very peaceful the entire time, no noise from the street or neighbors. Delightful neighborhood in which you can savor walking around in the morning and evenings.

Getting Around:
The listing is about 10 mins. from downtown, 10 mins. from the coast and 20 mins. from Charleston International Airport, which makes it the ideal location for exploring.

Other Things to Note:
- Pack n Plays or highchairs must be requested prior to arrival.
- Family Animals are allowed at this home with manager's approval at a rate of $150 per stay (2 pet max). If undisclosed family pets are brought into the home without Portoro’s approval, there will be a cleaning charge of $500. Owner must pick up after dogs - no exceptions.
- If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Charleston County is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments and/or monies paid by the traveler within 72 hours.
- Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation.
- Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler’s group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.
- 10+ Day Stays are subject to an additional cleaning fee at host's discretion.

Portoro offers self-check-in. As your hosts, Portoro will be available to answer any questions you may have about the home or the surrounding area. Guests will have access via an electronic intelligent lock and the access code will be included prior to your arrival.

  • Double-check every room of the rental property to make sure that you've packed all belongings on check-out day. Re-check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Record a video to document the condition of the property.
