• All units are 490 sq. ft. – they most comfortably accommodate 2 adult guests with smaller kids. But while they are smaller, they are still 2x the size of most hotel rooms and include a completely functional kitchen!
• Please carefully review all photos including the aerial photo that shows the layout of the condo complex to get an idea of where you'll be staying.
• Washers and Dryers are located next to the pool on the oceanfront; they are coin operated or download an app to pay!
• Parking notes: Each unit is given 1 parking pass.
• The community pool is not heated and is usually open year round.
• No smoking. A $500 dollar fine will be issued in order to professionally get rid of the odor.
• No family pets on site per condo regime and condo owner. No exception unless ADA documentation is supplied prior to your arrival. A $500 dollar fine will be issued if pet(s) are found on site without proper documentation.

Booking the best Charleston area rental experience:

How to get the best value:

  • Summertime is the most expensive season in Isle of Palms. Booking in Spring or Fall is an excellent way to save money on your vacation. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of acceptable homes. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to book a beach front rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer months. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Charleston area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
  • Reserve your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules usually open a year in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families book their Summer rental homes during Christmas and Thanksgiving get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Owners sometimes offer promotional rates for veterans. It's always a good idea to check with your host or property manager to see if rate reductions are available for your group before you book.
  • Property managers typically offer customers an option to purchase trip insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for specifics.
  • Many property management companies and vacation rental houses supply Charleston area area visitor guide magazines which will include special offers, either offered independently by local companies, or by way of a partnership between the management company and the business itself. You can also find Charleston area visitors guide and coupon books at local shops and grocery stores.

Filter your rental search:

  • Start by choosing your vacation dates and a budget.
  • Determine how many bedrooms and the configuration you need. Amazing Remodel! Oceanfront 2nd Floor Condo!! Community Pool & Fishing Pier! has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms.
  • Specific details about bedrooms and bed sizes & counts is normally accessible on booking pages. If not, email the host before you book your rental. Note that most properties list the max. guest capacity, which typically includes pull-out couches. You will need to work out what configuration is best for your vacation family.
  • Looking for specific amenities? Most rental websites include search filters for amenities. Use these to your advantage to find the perfect rental home.
  • Appropriate accessibility can make or ruin a vacation for persons with disabilities. Confirm all necessary amenities are included before booking.
  • If your group is bringing pets, you'll need to book a rental that allows animals. Ask for specifics on breed, size, and type requirements. Be aware that some hosts require additional pet deposits and fees.

More considerations for your visit:

  • Get the property manager's contact number and entry/exit procedures for your rental.
  • Note any issues with the rental during check in, and immediately send them to the property manager. We especially recommend e-mails and text messages, as they usually contain time stamps that can be valuable if a dispute is filed.
  • Property managers are great sources of help! Don't be shy to ask any questions before, during, or after your stay.
  • Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like troublesome vacationers disrupting your peaceful home life. Practice the golden rule for common sense. Happy residents may even recommend great local food and places you would've not otherwise known!
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Local residents can usually help. Who better to ask where to go for the best drinks, have a great night out, or the best spots for fishing?
  • Lock your rental home while you're away. Protect the owner's property and your things!
  • Re-check the vacation property to make sure that you've packed all personal items on check-out day. Re-check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Walk through the property one final time and scan for damage. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager is not available, ensure that you take photos and video of the rental to record its condition.
  • Did your group have a excellent stay? Many rental home management companies make it easy for customers to provide reviews. If your rental and/or host was great, they will likely appreciate your kind words. If anything was amiss and they failed to correct it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your comments.
