Bring your furry friend to appreciate the roomy, completely fenced-in backyard, sip wine on the deck, and play foosball in the game room. Located 5 miles to Folly Beach and only 10 mins. to downtown Charleston, Sandy Oaks is centrally located on James Island with access to tons of eateries and activities. Recently remodeled, the 4 bedroom, 1.5 bath home is supplied with kitchen equipment and outdoor entertainment.

The space
The deck was added in 2018 and has plenty of seating and a propane grille. Pick up some smores and tell stories around the fire pit in the backyard! The home comes outfitted with a first-day supply of toiletries and coffee as well. There are 4 intelligent TV's in the home, and complimentary Netflix and Amazon Prime is included.

The entire home and yard is available for your enjoyment.

Other things to note
Family Animals are welcomed (2 pet max.) with a $75 fee, regardless of length of stay. There are some toys and feeding bowls available at the home too.

Charleston is home to this vacation home. Patriots Point and USS Yorktown are cultural highlights, and some of the area's notable landmarks include Charleston City Market and Fort Sumter. Check out an event or a game at North Charleston Coliseum and Performing Arts Center, and consider making time for South Carolina Aquarium, a top attraction not to be missed.

  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Residents can usually help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to enjoy a steak with a view, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for shopping?
  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, walk through the rental to make sure you've collected all of your things. Check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Go through the rental one final time and scan for damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can. If the property manager isn't available, remember to take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition.
  • After your trip, leave feedback! Property managers rely on great reviews to propel more reservations. They'll be thankful for your review. Alternatively, if something went wrong, other families will appreciate that you share your experience and help them have the best future vacation.
