Stunning refreshed & furnished 3 bedroom 2 bath 1500 sq ft. Located in the heart of West Ashley in Church Creek off hwy 61. La Casita boast brand new luxury vinyl floor, updated bathrooms, handsome open kitchen, freshly painted inside/outside, brand new appliances (dishwasher, range, microwave, French door refrigerator, washer/dryer) and maintenance complimentary landscaping.

Master suite has a king bed with private bathroom and walk in closet. Second bedroom has a king bed. Third bedroom has 2 full beds. The Modular sectional couch in the living can be converted to king bed. La casita also a sizable fenced backyard

Every single detail was done with the thought of making it as if it were our retirement home. Absolutely no shortcuts! My goal is to leave an ever lasting impression on those who come and stay here.
