Located on the Isle of Palms Marina, adjacent to the intracoastal waterway, this amazing property provides painless access to the many docks, shopping, and dining opportunities. 26 Morgan’s Cove Drive features boat parking at a slip in the marina for boats under 18 feet long (the slip is shared with a bigger boat). Please contact the IOP Marina for information on trailer parking because trailers are not allowed in the gates of Wild Dunes. Looking for a unique Isle of Palms gift or groceries? The Marina Store has much to offer! Finally, magnificant dining is featured at Islander 71 with rooftop dining, live music, and even seasonal oyster roasts! The 2nd master bedroom is highlighted with a king bed that opens into a fabulous private bathroom. The first guest bedroom, which features two queen beds, and the second guest bedroom, which has two twin beds, face the Marina and share a balcony with handsome vistas. These two bedrooms also share a bath.

- Boat trailers are not allowed inside Wild Dunes. If you are bringing a boat, you must find parking for the trailer and take the boat in via the Intracoastal Waterway.
- The slip has space for an 18' boat. It shares the space with another boat.
- Beach chairs/toys are not supplied at this property.
- You must be 25 years or older to book this home.
- The community pool is open year around but is not heated.
- Guests must supply their own beach/pool towels.
- Please note that Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) services are not available from May to September.
- Unfortunately, family pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-returnable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your event up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-complimentary property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and peaceful hours (9pm-8am) are stringently enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be supplied for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Located on the waterfront, this vacation home is in Yacht Harbor Court, a neighborhood in Isle of Palms. Fort Sumter and USS Yorktown are notable landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Wild Dunes Resort Golf Course and Port of Charleston Cruise Terminal.
