Two homes (blue and pink, each 2 BR, 2 BA) are attached, with the third (and biggest, 4 BR, 2.5 BA) home being less than 15 ft away. The two buildings are only separated by the private parking area. The Green home has a huge, open-concept living space that is great for groups to eat meals and spend time together! Each of the three homes has its own living space, master suite, completely equipped kitchen, dining space, washer/dryer setup, and flat-screen TVs (one in each bedroom). Wifi is strong for those looking to work out of the properties. Each home requires climbing stairs to access the homes. All of the bedrooms are located on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the homes.
The homes are well very well-suited for hosting and entertaining large groups. Master suites feature king-size beds, private en-suite bathrooms, hanging closet space, and flat-screen TVs. Bathrooms are evenly spaced throughout and are equipped with fresh towels and toiletries. Kitchens are supplied with coffee and tea.
The modest outdoor area is furnished with a picnic table, string lights, and yard games. Sit on the southward-facing porch and appreciate the warm sunshine or play the hook & ring game. Together, the porches and yard space are great outdoor spaces for groups to savor great CHS weather!
Parking - Four covered, off-street parking spaces included. If you're able to block in all four covered spots, one to two more cars can fit in the uncovered common driveway area. Compact cars and SUVs are highly recommended as the space is very tight.
The property totals 8 BR, 6.5 BA!
The trio of three homes sleeps 18 people total in the beds listed (2 per bed). Two rollaway beds can be utilized if needed. With that being said, if utilizing rollaway beds along with all the beds the homes can sleep a max. of 20 people.

Our top Rental property booking tips:
When to go & When to reserve a Charleston area rental home:
- Summertime is high season in Charleston. To get the best value, try changing your vacation to the Spring or Fall months. May, September, and even October offer excellent temperatures, less crowded beaches, and greatly reduced traffic.
- In the Charleston area area, The earlier you can reserve a vacation rental, the easier your search will be. The best rental properties are booked very early. Reserving your rental home up to 12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to search for and book your rental home.
- Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner whether your family qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
- Property managers frequently offer guests an option to obtain trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any days missed as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel stay or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for specifics.
- Many management companies and vacation rental houses supply Charleston area area visitors guides that include special deals, either offered directly by local companies, or by way of a relationship with the rental management company and the business itself. You can also find visitors guide and coupon books at local gas stations and shopping centers.
Choosing the best rental:
- Choose dates and max budget.
- Decide how many bedrooms and the configuration you need. Downtown Charleston 8 Bedroom has 8 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms.
- Specific details about bedrooms and bed counts & types is normally accessible online. If not, reach out to the host before you book the property. Remember that most properties list the maximum guest capacity, which oftentimes includes sofa beds. You'll need to determine what configuration is right for your vacation.
- Are you visiting for a specific event? If so, use a map search to find nearby rentals.
- Proper accessibility can make or ruin a vacation for the less-mobile. .
- Do your family pets travel with you? Many vacation homes allow animals, but guidelines and restrictions apply. Type of pet, size and breeds may be limited. Ask your host before booking, and study your agreement! Additional pet fees or charges may be applied to your invoice.
Some things to know before you go:
- Add the owner's contact information to your smartphone. Print and take a copy of check in/check out procedures.
- Document any issues with the rental during check in, and immediately e-mail them to the property manager. We specifically recommend e-mails and text messages, as they usually contain built-in time stamps that can be beneficial if damages are assessed.
- Hosts are available to help! Don't be shy to ask any questions during your stay.
- Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like loud vacationers bothering your peace and quiet. Employ the golden rule for common sense. Happy residents may even recommend great restaurants and places you would've never otherwise known about!
- Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Neighbors can often help. Who better to ask where to charter a fishing boat, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for shopping?
- Keep your rental home locked while you are away! Don't let crooks ruin your family vacation.
- At departure, take a final walk-through to confirm you haven't forget any personal items. Re-check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
- Record a video to document the condition of the property.
- Did your family have a terrific time? Most rental management companies make it easy for customers to provide feedback. If your rental and/or host was wonderful, they would love to hear about it. If anything was inoperable and they failed to correct it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your comments.
