This 2nd level, 1BR suite has a separate entrance and self check-in keypad to ensure complete privacy. Supplied in this listing are: all linens, iron, mini-ironing board, Keurig coffee maker, mini-refrigerator, microwave, silverware, plates, and wine glasses. Also supplied are shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, bottled water, coffee/tea, snacks, and a welcome gift upon your arrival. Please contact me prior to check-in if you would like to have any additional items available.

The Neighborhood:
Many activities and local sites are within walking distance. If you have a modest to mid-sized car, I highly recommend that you leave your car in my parking lot during your stay & utilize Uber, a pedi-cab, or rent a bicycle to discover the city (i.e. The City Market, Rainbow Row, South Battery, etc).

About the Area

Located in Charleston, this vacation home is in the city center. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Waterfront Park and Riverfront Park, while Patriots Point and USS Yorktown are cultural highlights. Check out an event or a game at North Charleston Coliseum and Performing Arts Center, and consider making time for South Carolina Aquarium, a top attraction not to be missed.

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in coastal SC. To find the best value, consider changing your group's vacation to the Spring or Fall seasons. May, September, and even October offer great weather, less crowded beaches, and reduced traffic.
  • Some property management companies offer special rates for active duty military and veterans. Make sure to check with your property manager to see if special offers are available for your family before you book.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners frequently offer guests an option to purchase trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally will cost you between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra gasoline expenses. If anything was defective and they failed to address it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your comments.
