As our guest, you will receive access to their Tulum-inspired pool, cabanas, restaurant and bar, exercise studio, wellness classes, and a recovery room unlike any other! Day passes and cabanas have associated costs.

Two weeks before your reservation date, all guests will be supplied with a one-pager that includes booking information to reserve access to The Wonderer.

I will be available for whatever you may need as I live very close to the property. I will very likely be in the Charleston area as well, but it not, I can still provide guidance or recommendations for activities you may be interested in.

The home is located right off upper King St. just steps away from all of the bars and eateries Charleston has to offer.

You will be able to walk to most places on the peninsula. Uber and Taxis are available as well. 20 mins. drive to Folly Beach, 5 mins. to Mt. Pleasant, 15 mins. to Sullivan's island, 20 mins. to the airport, and 25 mins. to Isle of Palms!

Charleston does have rather a few bugs, we have a professional pest control company service the home every month. Every effort is made to present a clean home at Check-In. To minimize the impact of bugs on your vacation, keep doors/windows closed, food wrapped and store it in the refrigerator.

Get the best rental value:

  • Summer months are the most expensive season along the coast of SC. Book your rental in Spring or Fall to enjoy warm weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Charleston area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
  • Reserve your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families book their Summer vacation rentals during holiday gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Owners sometimes offer rate reductions for veterans and active duty military. It's always a good idea to check with your property manager to see if rate reductions are available for your group.
  • Property managers often offer customers an option to purchase trip insurance protection.
