The master bedroom features a king-size bed, private access to the balcony, and a private bath with a double sink vanity and a walk-in tile shower. Home Truths:
- In summer (Labor Day to Memorial Day), guests aged 13+ need passes for Shipwatch pool access. Passes are in your unit's Welcome Bucket upon arrival. No passes are required in the off-season (September to May).
- Unfortunately, family pets are not allowed at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- You must be 25 years or older to book this home.
- The pool is not heated.
- Please note that Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) services are not available from May to September.

How to get the best rental home value:

• Book your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally open a year in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups book their Summer vacation rentals during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
• Summer time is high season in Isle of Palms. Booking a rental in the Spring or Fall is our favorite way to save money on your vacation rental. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of acceptable homes. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the high season.
• Some owners offer discounts for active duty military and veterans. Make sure to check with your property manager to see if special offers are available for your family before you book.
• Property managers usually offer their guests an option to purchase trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which generally costs 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed trip time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or additional gasoline expenses. • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Locals can often help. Who better to ask where to launch your kayaks, have a great night out, or the best spots for crabbing?
• Don't leave anything behind! Before you drive away, take a walk through the rental property to confirm you've collected all of your things. Check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
• Go through the rental a final time and look for any damage. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever you can. If the manager isn't available, remember to take pictures of the rental to record its condition.
• Did your group have a wonderful vacation? Most vacation rental websites make it easy for customers to provide comments. If your property and/or property manager was fantastic, they would love to hear it.
