Spend the day with Salty Pelican Charters and get hooked on fishing in Charleston! With Captain James at the helm, you’re in knowledgeable and experienced hands.
These waters are known for Black Drum, Bonnethead Shark, Flounder, Speckled Trout, Redfish, Sheepshead, Whiting, Bluefish, and more – with any luck, it won’t take long to hook into some. You’ll target your catch by spinning, popping, jigging, or maybe something more specialized in this area.
Trips with Salty Pelican Charters are fun for all ages, so the whole family can come and unplug for the day! If you don’t have a child-sized life vest of your own, be sure to ask if there’s one on board. Snacks are also a good idea so that nobody gets cranky on an empty stomach!
You’ll be dropping lines from a 20’ center console that holds up to 4 passengers. It comes with all the essentials. Capt. James will provide rods and reels for you, along with lures. Live bait is included, but it’s good to ask about this so you know if you’ll be catching it yourself.
The charter boat covers your fishing license, so all you have to do is look forward to your trip! Some fish have special regulations, including when you can keep them. Simply ask and your captain can tell you more. You can’t go wrong when you bring sunglasses, a hat, sunscreen (non-spray), and bottled water. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, so long as you avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
Your trip with Salty Pelican Charters is just a click away, so why not make it happen?
