Hoping to cast a line in Charleston? Tailfin Expeditions is your ticket!
Redfish, Speckled Seatrout, Sheepshead, Cobia, Flounder, Jack Crevalle, Tarpon, Spanish Mackerel, Black Seabass, King Mackerel (Kingfish), and more can be found in these waters, depending on the time of year.
Capt. Adam offers light tackle and fly fishing trips and can custom tailor your trip to your preferred method. Whether it’s fishing the flats and creeks in the backcountry or bottom fishing the reefs, Tailfin has you covered.
Thinking of bringing the whole family? Kids are absolutely welcome! Children under 12 must wear life vests, so find out if the appropriate size is available on board. Snacks are never a bad idea to ward off any mid-trip fatigue!
Your fishing machine for the day is a 23' Bay boat with room for 4 passengers, but more can be accommodated if they’re small children. It comes with everything you need for a productive day on the water.
Rods, reels, and tackle are ready for you, along with live bait and artificial lures.
There's no need to buy a fishing license, so you can drive right over and come aboard without any hassle! Keep in mind that some fish may have harvest limits or closed seasons. Your captain will help you follow regulations while you fish.
Don't forget to bring sunscreen (non-spray), a hat, bottled water, and sunglasses. Water and a cooler with ice will be available for you. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but you should avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
Your trip with Tailfin Expeditions is just a click away, so why not make it happen?
