Book your next trip with RedTail Charters and find out what keeps anglers coming back to Mount Pleasant for more. Having logged many hours on these tides, Captain Benjamin can tell you all about them.
These waters are known for Redfish, Speckled Trout, Sheepshead, Tarpon, Tripletail, and more. During the trip, you might be light tackle fishing or maybe something more specialized in this area. Capt. Benjamin also offers fly fishing, but you may need to bring your own fly gear. Any fish within the legal limit is yours to keep.
Your boat for the day is a 17’ Skiff that holds up to 2 passengers. It comes with and all the essentials no fishing machine can run without. Rods, reels, and tackle are provided, as well as lures. Live bait is on offer, but be sure to ask about it so you know if you’ll be catching it yourself.
The charter boat covers your fishing license, just show up ready for a good time! Some fish have special regulations, including when you can keep them. Simply ask and your captain can tell you more. It’s always wise to bring snacks, drinks, sunglasses, and sunblock (non-spray). Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but avoid hard liquor and glass bottles.
