The Space: Step into this comfortable, beautiful one bedroom, one bathroom home in the heart of downtown Charleston. As you enter the space via a private entrance, you’ll step into the galley style, entirely equipped kitchen featuring granite countertops, as well as a stacked washer/dryer unit.
Past the appealing breakfast nook that seats four, you’ll come to the living room, which includes one of the homes original fireplaces. The cozy seating area is ideal for catching up with friends or watching the big game on the Intelligent TV.
Another original fireplace can be found in the bedroom, along with a queen-sized bed offering a calming nighttime of sleep. The home’s chic bathroom includes a single vanity and enormous walk-in shower.

We partner with an off site resort called The Wonderer which is located in Downtown Charleston, a short drive away. Any guests staying in our home who are 25+ are able to visit The Wonderer!

*There is a strict age policy, no one under the age of 21 will be allowed on the campus due to the presence of alcohol (including the pool). Special permission needs to be given by The Wonderer for anyone between the ages of 21 - 25.*
