The Space: Our cavernous 1st floor condo, ‘Sweetgrass A’, is ideal for groups of 4 guests with 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths. Located just off of Spring Street, location and parking won't be an issue here!

Accessed by it own entrance/exit, and up modest (exterior) porch stairs, Sweetgrass A features an open floor plan that accommodates both dining and lounge space, making it great for groups looking to spend time together or appreciate a meal. Living room with plush comfortable couch and flat screen TV. Bedrooms are located on the first level, with two full ensuite bathrooms . There is one king bed and one queen bed in this unit. Our team provides basic login credentials, so feel complimentary to use your own during your stay. Totally equipped kitchen with basic cooking/kitchenware is also located on this first level.

Guests will have exclusive access to the 1st floor of the building. Easily accessible and well lit for your safety.
You can pull up to (2) compact cars off the street in the driveway beside the home, which makes packing and unpacking a breeze.
Guest Access: All guests staying with Stay Duvet have been granted access to The Wonderer Charleston.

This 2-acre private membership club located in downtown Charleston is a modern getaway

Other Notes: *Pet fee: Our home is pet friendly. We have a $200 per pet fee. We limit to 2 dogs in the home and we have a very strict no cat policy. Only dogs are allowed at the home. Please be sure to add the dog to your guest count when booking and reach out for permission to bring the second dog before booking. 

*We provide starting supply for coffee, toiletries, trash bags, tide pods, and dishwasher pods. There is a close by convenience store if you need to pick up more during your stay.

When to book & When to go:

  • Reserve your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules generally become available a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups book their Summer vacation rentals during Christmas and Thanksgiving get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Summer is the most expensive season in coastal SC. To find the best vacation home within your budget, we recommend booking in Fall or Spring. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at restaurants, beaches, and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the high season. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Charleston area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner whether your vacationing group qualifies for a discount.
