Welcome to your vacation at the Blue House! This 4 bed, 3 bath home is newly refreshed with all modernized bathrooms and kitchen upgrades. Savor a short 2 min. walk to the beach, as this home is located just 3 homes back. A brand new Hot Tub has just been installed in the back deck. BBQ on the back deck with a propane grille and tiki bar. Unwind on the front porch swing catching those ocean breezes and evening sunsets.

On the interior of the home you will two living spaces. The upper level includes a comfortable living room, well-outfitted kitchen, and dining area. The primary bedroom has a king bed and ensuite bathroom with dual sinks. The additional two rooms, one with two twin beds and the other with a queen, share a full bathroom. The lower level has a guest suite featuring a kitchenette, den area with sizable TV, and stacked washer/dryer. There is a bedroom with a queen bed and full bath.

This home is located at 5 25th Avenue on enchanting Isle of Palms, South Carolina. The area has tons to offer with IOP recreational department just two blocks away including playground, soccer fields, tennis courts, and pickleball. Front beach has tons of eateries and stores. Spend your vacation calming or exploring at this island home.

  • Booking websites frequently offer renters an option to add trip insurance protection.   • Lock your rental property while you are out! Don't let thieves ruin your trip.
  • Note any issues with the rental upon arrival, and immediately contact the property manager. We especially recommend e-mails and text messages, as they usually contain built-in time stamps that can be useful if a dispute arises.
  • Respect your neighbors. Often, nearby homes are occupied by permanent residents. Respecting late-night noise limits and parking policies is the right thing to do.
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Local residents can often help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to spend a rainy day, have a great night out, or the best spots for crabbing?
  • Just prior to departing, complete a final walk-through to confirm you haven't forget any personal items. Remember to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Inspect the property one final time and look for damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the host whenever possible. If the property manager is not available, take photos of the property to record its condition.
  • Leave feedback! Property owners rely on great feedback to inspire future reservations. They'll be much obliged for your review. Alternatively, if something wasn't as described, other vacationers will be thankful you shared your review and help them have the best future vacation. Remember to be objective. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the owner could control the issue, and if so, whether they responded reasonably to remedy it.
