The Space: This home consist of two suites. The downstairs suite has 2 bedrooms and one bath. Including a refreshed kitchen. The bedrooms are set at either end of the apartment giving guest privacy for each other during their stay. The bathroom has just been completely modernized and features a tub with shower and tiled floors. The furnishings include a mix of antiques and modern furnishings. Each room will have a 50-inch flat-screen Intelligent TV in it. There is a king-size bed in each bedroom. The kitchen is well outfitted for those who choose to eat in.

The upstairs suite has the same lay out with 2 bedrooms and on bath. Including a modernized kitchen. The bedrooms are set at either end of the apartment giving guest privacy for each other during their stay. The bathroom has just been entirely remodeled and features a tub with shower and tiled floors. The furnishings include a mix of antiques and modern furnishings. There is a king size bed in each bedroom. The kitchen is well supplied for those who choose to eat in.

Each unit has a private porch and a door that locks to the street giving you added safety on the porch.

You'll find luxury linens on every one of the King beds along with one pull-out couch. There are 4 king beds and 2 pull out couches. There is a dining table in both living rooms with seating for four people. Appreciate the abundance of natural light throughout the home and feel the breeze on the phenomenal porches on both levels.

You will have access to the entire property. There is one owner closet located in the home.

There will be (2) parking spaces with this property.
Guest Access: All guests staying with Stay Duvet have been granted access to The Wonderer Charleston.

This 2-acre private membership club located in downtown Charleston is a modern getaway
offering resort-style amenities and a Bali-Tulum-inspired ambiance unparalleled on the
peninsula. The property includes a swimming pool, onsite eateries for breakfast, lunch,
dinner, trendy drinks, and of course poolside cabanas! It also includes an indoor gym and
exercise studio with daily classes, a recovery room full of spa therapies, private

*Day Passes are complimentary November 1- March 31, unless there is a ticketed event.

If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Charleston County is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments and/or monies paid by the traveler within 72 hours. Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler’s group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.

No Smoking Accepted. Violators will be fined a minimum of $250 for in-room smoke damages. Smoking is ONLY allowed outside of the property, but please try to keep at least 10 feet from the doors to keep smoke from trailing inside.

Firearms are not allowed in any of our private residences. Any firearms left behind at a property will be turned over to local police without notice to guest.

This is a licensed and legal Short Term Rental. Neighborhood peaceful hours are from 10pm-8am. If violated the city will issue a $1047 fine. Guests are also responsible for following the City of Charleston's Ordinance rules under Section 54-227.

Our city is growing quickly. With that growth comes construction. Unfortunately, there’s nothing we can do about the resulting noise or the current, cosmetic state of some neighboring buildings. During your stay, this shouldn’t be too bothersome, since the city’s noise ordinance dictates peaceful hours between 10pm - 8am.

Alteration Policy: Any change of dates or cancellation of any nights of the original reservation will not be approved within 60 days or arrival.

Please use painters tape if you plan on using tape to decorate for an event. If the wall is damaged due to tape removal or decorations, you will have to pay $500 for repainting.
