This third-floor condo is in building B of the Sea Cabin Condominiums, a centrally located community on Ocean Boulevard with a resort-style pool, laundry facility, and private fishing pier. Savor striking ocean breezes and waking up to the beach in this enchanting Isle of Palms condo!
Things to know prior to booking your stay:
The Sea Cabin buildings do not have an elevator. Stairs are used to access all units, including some stairs to the 1st floor.
Full Disclosure: There are modest bunk beds constructed into the hallway – they are appreciated by kids. They're also a great place to use for additional storage if not being used for sleeping! They measure 24”x72.5” compared to standard twin size of 38”x75”.
All units are 490 sq. ft. – they most comfortably accommodate 2 adult guests with smaller kids. But while they are smaller, they are still 2x the size of most hotel rooms and include a completely functional kitchen!
Please carefully review all photos including the aerial photo that shows the layout of the condo complex to get an idea of where you'll be staying.
Washers and Dryers are located next to the pool on the oceanfront; they are coin operated or you can download an app to pay!
Parking notes: Each unit is given 1 parking pass.
The community pool is not heated and is usually open year round.
No smoking. A $500 dollar fine will be issued in order to professionally get rid of the odor.
No family pets on site per condo regime and condo owner. No exception unless ADA documentation is supplied prior to your arrival. A $500 dollar fine will be issued if pet(s) are found on site without proper documentation.
This property is managed by Carroll Realty, located on the island just 1.5 miles from the condo should you need anything during your stay!
Enter the condo to find a hallway with two convenient modest constructed-in bunk beds—a intelligent solution if you need more sleeping space, and they're a hit with kids! You'll immediately notice the shiplap that goes throughout the condo and adds a modern finished look. Continue on past the full bathroom, which offers a charming tile shower and plenty of shelves and baskets for additional storage. Walk further down the hallway, and you'll come across the main open concept kitchen and living area.
The kitchen is entirely equipped with both a Keuirg and regular drip coffee maker and offers complimentary coffee with each stay. The kitchen has been completely modernized and has a handsome tile backsplash and new modern fixtures. Two sizable bar stools are at the island so you can savor all the meals you whip up for the day.
The living area is furnished with a plush slip cover couch and comfortable chair to relax after a day in the waves. There are side tables with a lamp and universal charging station so your devices can stay charged while you appreciate the ocean vistas. Tune into your favorite shows on the huge flat-screen T.V. and stay connected on your devices with complimentary Wi-Fi. A ceiling fan is in the room for additional comfort and sliding glass doors lead out to the ocean-facing third floor balcony.
The vistas can't be beat when you step out onto the patio and see the Atlantic Ocean. The patio is furnished with two sets of chairs with a poof and has new tile floor to elevate the outdoor space.
Back inside, you'll find the bedroom, which features a queen size bed and dresser with shelves up top for additional storage. At a compact size with high-quality amenities and an amazing beachfront location, this handsome beach condo is ideal for a little escape to Isle of Palms!
The Sea Cabin Condominiums are comprised of a three building complex where all units have private balconies overlooking the beach. The complex has a enormous pool and a kiddie pool. Try your luck at fishing from the 1000-foot fishing pier that is only accessible by condominium owners and guests, or enjoy a calming walk on the pier over the breaking waves.
Bicycle, water sport and beach umbrella units are available close by. Shopping, dining, nightly entertainment, grocery store, and post office are a short walk from the complex.
ALL BED LINENS, KITCHEN TOWELS, AND BATH TOWEL SETS ARE PROVIDED FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE!! You will only need to bring or plan to rent beach towels, chairs, bicycles, umbrellas, etc. Also included is a 'starter set' of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath and dish soaps, paper towels, etc. but please do keep in mind you will most likely need to purchase these items after your initial arrival.

How to book the best Charleston area rental experience:
Sticking to a rental home budget:
- June, July, and August are the most expensive months in coastal SC. To find the most suitable vacation home within your budget, we suggest reserving in Fall or Spring months. You'll enjoy lower rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at your favorite restaurants and activities.
- In the Charleston area area, The earlier your group can reserve a vacation home, the easier your search will be. The best vacation rentals are booked early. Reserving your rental 6-12 months before your vacation is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental property.
- Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager if your family qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
- Management companies and individual rental owners usually offer customers an option to buy vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which costs between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for specifics.
- Look for your local visitors guide when you check-in. If your rental doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local grocery stores and visitor centers. In addition to great articles, visitor guide magazines contain discounts for nearby accommodations and attractions.
Selecting the best vacation rental in the Charleston area area:
- Select a group lead, select your vacation week, and select a maximum budget.
- Determine how many bedrooms and what type of bedroom configuration your family requires. Beautifully Appointed Completely Renovated Third Floor Ocean Front Condo! has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our search.
- Specific information regarding bedrooms and bed counts is normally available on booking websites. If they are not listed, email the property management company before you reserve your home. Note that most properties list maximum guest capacity, which typically includes sofa beds. You'll need to determine what configuration is best for your group.
- Does your group require particular amenities? Most rental websites include amenity lists and search filters.
- Suitable accessibility can make or ruin a vacation for guests with disabilities. Confirm all required amenities are available and included before reserving a rental.
- If your group is vacationing with pets, filter your search for a pet-friendly vacation rental. Get specifics on breed, weight, and type requirements. Often, property owners charge additional pet fees.
Tips to have a terrific stay:
- Add the property manager's contact information to your smartphone. Take a copy of check in/check out procedures.
- Document any issues with the property during check in, and immediately send them to the property manager. We specifically recommend texts and e-mails, as they usually contain built-in time stamps that are useful if damages are attributed to your stay.
- Ask questions. You may need instructions for a garage door opener, elevator or kitchen appliance. Contact your property manager. They are there to help! A brief telephone call can prevent lots of difficulties.
- Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking rules can make a stay more pleasurable. You will magnify your chance to make local friends, and resident neighbors are usually a great source for finding the best local attractions.
- Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Neighbors can often point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to see a beautiful sunrise or sunset, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fishing?
- Lock your vacation home while you are out and about. Keep your property safe!
- On check-out day, complete a final walk-through to confirm you did not leave anything behind. Re-check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Record a video to document the condition of the property.
- Did your family have a wonderful stay? Many rental home management companies make it easy for guests to provide feedback. If your property and/or host was fantastic, they always love to hear your praise. If anything was out of order and they failed to fix it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your feedback.
