The first floor reveals two bedrooms, a bedroom with porch access and a private bath, along with a creative space featuring a desk and chair—a haven for writers. Ascend to the second floor, where an open floor plan seamlessly integrates the living, dining, and kitchen areas. A comfortable sitting space with a enormous HDTV invites relaxation, while the completely equipped modern kitchen stands ready for your culinary adventures. On the bright and welcoming third floor, the kitchen is equipped with all essential cooking and kitchenware. This 2-acre private membership club located in downtown Charleston is a modern getaway
offering resort-style amenities and a Bali-Tulum-inspired ambiance unparalleled on the
peninsula. The property includes a swimming pool, onsite eateries for breakfast, lunch,
dinner, trendy drinks, and of course poolside cabanas! It also includes an indoor gym and
exercise studio with daily classes, a recovery room full of spa therapies, private
and shared workspaces, live music, and an active calendar of social events.

*Day Passes are complimentary November 1- March 31, unless there is a ticketed event.
 -$15 per person: Sunday through Thursday
- $30 per person: Friday and Saturdays
