The Space: This newly remodeled second floor condo, Suite A of ‘Harleston House’, has 4 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, and is located in the heart of downtown Charleston. ‘Harleston House’ was named after "Harleston Green", the 1st golf club in the United States, which was established by Scottish merchants in 1786 just five blocks south where this property sits today.

This property has been freshly refreshed and refurbished to meet all your vacation wants and needs. The space has a bright, open layout and a modern, coastal-style design, while maintaining the beloved appeal of old historic Charleston. Throughout the condo, you will find chic furnishings atop restored wood floors, original fireplaces with exposed brick, beautiful lighting, modern décor, brand new appliances, and that warm, homelike feel that is most sought after by travelers.

*Off-Street Parking. Located in the handsome Cannonborough/Elliotborough, with 1 allocated off-street parking spot, unloading and getting around the city, will be the least of your worries.

*A Giant Porch. Upon arrival, guests will access the apartment through their own private entryway located on the porch at the front of the home. Savor the shared plunge pool with sun loungers! The shared plunge pool can be heated to a max. of 82 degrees by first pressing the poolside "Spa" button. Depending on how cold it is, please allow up 2 hours for the pool to heat to its max. temp. Plan ahead! Underwater jets are also optional via poolside button for your enjoyment.

*A Bright, Open Living Room. The living room features a sizable couch, two side tables with lamps, a club chair, a rectangular coffee table, sizable wall mirror, and a flat-screen TV mounted on the wall above a console table. Here you will also find a round dining table with seating for 4 beneath a classy light fixture. This lounge space is ideal for calming after a long day or simply spending quality time together. If use of the sleeper couch is needed please advise our team before your arrival.

*A Entirely-Equipped Kitchen. Just off the living room is the kitchen, which features white stone countertops, and comes entirely-equipped with brand new Whirlpool appliances including an oven, gas stovetop, dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal, and a huge refrigerator/freezer with a water distiller & ice-maker. The kitchen also includes plenty of cabinet space, a coffee maker, toaster, knife block, as well as basic cookware, glassware, and dishware.

*Four Bedrooms and Four Bathrooms. The first bedroom is located off the living room and features a King sized bed on four poster bed frame, two bedside tables with lamps mounted above each, a ceiling fan, an armoire, a flat-screen TV mounted on the wall, and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom is located off the kitchen, and also features a King sized bed on four poster bed frame, two bedside tables with lamps mounted above each, a ceiling fan, a flat-screen TV mounted on the wall, and an ensuite bathroom. Additionally, the 2nd bedroom includes a enormous closet, a rattan club chair, and an original brick fireplace. Both ensuite bathrooms boast brand new tile, stone sink countertops, a vanity mirror, and a huge glass standup shower with a rainfall shower head. The third bedroom features a plush king-sized bed on a four poster bed frame, two bedside tables with lamps mounted on the wall above each, a large closet, ceiling fan, club chair and accent table, a flat-screen TV mounted above a console table, as well as an original fireplace with exposed brick. A few steps across the hall from the third bedroom is the third bathroom. This bathroom has brand new tile, fixtures, and a stand-up shower with a rainfall shower head. Lastly, but certainly not least, the fourth bedroom sports 2 additional beds, both doubles, making room for additional guests who appreciate their own space. This last bedroom will actually be located on the 1st floor of the home away and separate from the rest of the bedrooms/living space.
